engine swap

hi, i have a 87 olds cutlass with a 307 and a 200 tranny with overdrive, the car is computer operated. i have a 68 or 70 350 olds rocket that i would like install , i would like to know if i can use the tranny ,crab, and distributor off of the 307 and have it run right . if not what changes do i need to may.
