1988 Caravelle fuel problem

I have a 1988 Plymouth Caravelle 2.2 with turbo. All of a sudden it wont stsrt on a hot day. It sits all day at work and will not start if the weather is hot. There is no fuel from the pump. When it is cool in the morning it starts and runs fine. The filter is fairly new. I have checked for fuel from the pump before the filter. And when it wont start there is none. I think it might be the fuel pump relay. Thank you for any help you can give.
